Day 01 - Arrive Delhi
On arrival at Delhi, after clearing immigration and customs, step into the receiving area where you will be met and assisted by Grand Travel Planner representative and transferred to the hotel for a Check-in. Delhi a dynamic city where the past and the present coexist, has been ruled by numerous dynasties. The city is rich in the architecture of its monuments. Diverse cultural elements absorbed into the daily life of the city have enriched its character. Seven times this city went through the pain of being built, destroyed and rebuilt. It has been witness to many important events in Indian history, and today it stands proud as the capital of India.
Day 02 - Delhi
After Breakfast visit, Old Delhi: An ancient walled city. Here you will drive past the Red Fort, Raj Ghat, the memorial site of the Mahatma Gandhi; Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India ; and Chandni Chowk, the bustling and colorful market of the old city.
New Delhi: includes visits to such sights as Humayun’s Tomb (1586) and the Qutab Minar 72 meters high and one of the most perfect towers in the Persian world. The Iron Pillar which has survived the vagaries of weather for over 1500 years. Continue with a drive through Embassy area, the Government buildings (1921-1930) and other places of interest .

Day 03 - Delhi to Agra (204kms/4-5 hrs drive)
Morning, after breakfast, drive to Agra transfer to the hotel.
On arrival at Agra, check-in at the Hotel.

Day 04 - Agra to Fatehpur Sikri-Ranthambore(250kms/5-6 hrs drive)
After breakfast, visit Agra Fort – the seat and the stronghold of the Mughal Empire under successive generations. This was the seat of Mughal rule and administration and the present structure owes its origins to Akbar who erected the wall s and gates and the first buildings on the eastern banks of Yamuna River. Shah Jehan added the impressive quarters and the mosque while Aurangzeb added the outer ramparts. Visit its Hall of Public Audience and its Royal Pavilions. Itmad-Ud-Daulah’s Tomb, the monument that is most important in Agra is the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah or “Baby Taj” as it is called sometimes. A highly ornate edifice, this mausoleum is considered as the imminent precursor of the Taj Mahal as far as elaborate carvings and inlay work are concerned. Though the structure does not have much to offer architecturally, it makes a clear departure from the earlier Mughal tombs built during the period and is more softer and with a lot of inlay carvings.
Afternoon, proceed to Ranthambore en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri (ghost capital) for a tour of these magnificent and world heritage buildings, which are still in a state of perfect preservation. The city is divided into religious and secular sections. The profusion of sculpture is breathtaking. Also, the white marble mosque in the secular section is incredible. It is a very sacred mosque and pilgrims from far and near arrives here to pay their respects. After visit drive continue to Ranthambore. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel.

Day 05 - Ranthambore
After breakfast, excursion to the park by canter to view the wildlife.
Afternoon, Visit Ranthambore Fort is a grandiose fort built during the medieval period at Ranthambore. You may find many ruined pavilions, walls and chhatris within the fort. The most attractive feature within the fort is the Ganesha Temple built in the 8th century AD. Thousands of devotees visit this temple.
Evening visit, Sawai Madhopur is famous for many shops of arts and crafts from where you can purchase paintings and other craft items. Here you will also find T-shirts, postcards, posters and greeting cards with pictures of tigers and other wild animals and birds of Ranthambore. Local fabrics, traditionally embroidered and mirrored clothes, Rajasthani turbans, puppets and other handicraft items are also on sale.

Day 06 - Ranthambore to Jaipur(182kms/3-4 hrs drive)
After breakfast drive to Jaipur & transfer to the hotel.
Afternoon, visit Jaipur City: Hawa Mahal or Palace of the Winds, a five-storied structure of pink sandstone with semi-octagonal and delicately honeycombed windows overlooking the main street of the old city. It was built in 1799 so that veiled royal woman could peer down unseen by the world through its 593 stone screens. We proceed for a guided tour of the City Palace & Observatory. The City Palace in the heart of the old city is a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. The center of the palace is a seven storied building called Chandra Palace, with fine views over the gardens and the city. Next top the City Palace is the Solar Observatory – an astronomical treasure house, with solar device that gives accurate predictions till date.
Overnight in Jaipur.
Day 07 - Jaipur
After breakfast, visit Amber Fort: The former capital of the royal Rajputs. Few fail to be moved by the dramatic Rajput grandeur of this hilltop fortress-palace 11-km north of Jaipur.Set on the dry wrinkled Aravali Hills, and surrounded by fortified battlements, the palace straddles two sepia-hued tundra hills overlooking Maota Lake, and its sprawling crenellated walls lattice the surrounding hills.
We will ride up to this hilltop palace on a caparisoned, painted elephant, passing through the ancient main gate where Maharajas of Jaipur have entered for four hundred years. Our guide will elaborate on the history of this architectural masterpiece with its mirror-studded alcoves, dazzling mosaics and water-cooled swings that delight today’s visitors as they did their former royal residents.
Rest of the day at leisure or free for shopping.

Day 08 - Jaipur to Delhi Airport. (259kms/5-6- hrs drive)
Early breakfast at the hotel and then drive to the airport.
