Day 01 - Arrive Delhi
You are welcomed by Grand Travel planner's Representative meeting and then you will be transferred to hotel. Our representative will explain briefly the program upon arrival.

Day 02 - Delhi
After Breakfast embark sightseeing of Old Delhi.
Here you will drive past the Red Fort -
Visit Raj Ghat- The Raj Ghat is one of the most visited ghats. A simple square platform of black marble marks the spot where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated after his assassination in 1948.
Visit Jama Masjid-Jama Masjid of Delhi is the largest mosque in India. The Jama Masjid stands across the road in front of the Red Fort.
Visit Chandni Chowk-one of the main markets of Delhi, Chandni Chowk was once lined with beautiful fountains. But today the place is very crowded and congested.

Later embark on a sightseeing tour of the New Delhi which includes visits to such sights as:
Qutab Minar- Qutub Minar is the highest stone tower in India. The construction of the Qutub Minar was started by Qutub-ud-Din Aibak in 1199 and it was finished by his successor and son-in-law, Iltutmish.
Humayun’s Tomb- After wandering in wilderness for 25 years, Humayun reoccupied Delhi in the year 1555 AD but he was not destined to rule any longer and died barely six months of his arrival, from a fall in his library, Sher Mandal.
Lotus Temple-Completed in 1986, the Bahai temple is set amidst pools and gardens, and adherents of any faith are free to visit the temple and pray or meditate silently according to their own religion.
India Gate- India Gate, situated on the Raj Path in New Delhi, was built to memorialize the 70,000 Indian soldiers who lost their lives during the First World War,

Day 03 - Delhi/Udaipur by Flight Spice Jet SG 2437 at 1040/1210 Hrs
After breakfast pick up from your hotel & transfer to the airport to board the flight for Udaipur. Meet & assistance at the Airport & transfer to the hotel.
Udaipur- City Of Lakes or Venice of East founded by Maharana Udai Singh in 1567 AD & is the jewel of Mewar -a kingdom ruled by the Sisodia dynasty for 1200 Years surrounded by Lovely land around the azure water lakes hemmed in by the lush hills of the Aravali ranges.
Evening, enjoy boat ride at Lake Pichola!!!
Lake Pichola: Fringed with hills, gardens, havelis, ghats and temples, Lake Pichola is the scenic focus of Udaipur. Set in it are Jag Niwas and Jag Mandir Palaces.

Day 04 - Udaipur
After breakfast, visit Udaipur City:
Visit the City Palace Museum - grandeur an d intricacy stroked all over in Granite, Marble and Mosaic displayed in the sparkling white filigreed balconies and windows, ornate arches and cupolas atop magnificent octagonal towers,
Jagdish Temple - Built in 1651 A.D. by Maharana Jagat Singh, this Indo army temple is the largest and the most beautiful temple if Udaipur with noteworthy sculpted images.
Also visit Sahelion Ki Bari this small ornamental garden was a popular relaxing sport where royal ladies came for a stroll and hence the name. The garden has many fountains in its four delightful pools chiseled kiosks and marble elephants.
Afternoon Half day excursion to Eklingi, Nagda & Nathwada.
Eklingji temple, carved from marble and even today the Maharana of Udaipur who is Diwan of the temple, Nagda where exquisitely carved temples, both Hindu (10th century) and Jain (15th century) are a treat for the eyes, and Nathwara temple, the highly revered temple to Srinathji, a manifestation of Lord Krishna
Day 05 - Udaipur-Ranakpur-Jodhpur By Road (240kms/5hrs)
Day 13 - Kathmandu-Nagarkot By Road (32 Kms/1hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur & enroute visiting Ranakpur temples.
Ranakpur Jain Temple was built during the reign of the liberal and gifted Rajput monarch Rana Kumbha in the 15th century. The basement is of 48,000 sq. feet area that covers the whole complex. There are four subsidiary shrines, twenty-four pillared halls and domes supported by over four hundred columns. The total number of columns is 1,444 all of which are intricately carved with no two being alike. The artistically carved nymphs playing the flute in various dance postures at a height of 45 feet are an interesting sight. In the assembly hall, there are two big bells weighing 108 kg whose sound echoes in the entire complex. The main temple is a Chaumukh or a four-faced temple dedicated to Adinath. Later Start sightseeing tour of Jodhpur - gateway to the desert beyond, home of the Rathors of Marwar, visit the Mehrangarh Fort, rising up a hilly scarp, built on the advice of a hermit, overlooking the city in the image of a long sentinel. Inside the Fort are a number of palaces added by successive rulers. In this palace you would see different miniature paintings & cradle room. After this you would visit Jaswant Thada Memorial. Proceed to visit the UMAID BHAWAN PALACE
Day 06 - Jodhpur-Jaipur By Road (320kms/5-6hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Jaipur. Arrive Jaipur & transfer to the hotel.
Afternoon, visit Jaipur City: Hawa Mahal or Palace of the Winds, a five-storied structure of pink sandstone with semi-octagonal and delicately honeycombed windows overlooking the main street of the old city. It was built in 1799 so that veiled royal woman could peer down unseen by the world through it s 593 stone screens. We proceed for a guided tour of the City Palace & Observatory. The City Palace in the heart of the old city is a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. The center of the palace is a seven storied building called Chandra Palace, with fine views over the gardens and the city. Next top the City Palace is the Solar Observatory - an astronomical treasure house, with solar device that gives accurate predictions till date. Drive past Hawa Mahal or the palace of Winds, Jantar Mantar & visit colourful Bazaar passing through the rose-pink residential and business area of Jaipur.
Day 07 - Jaipur-Fatehpur Sikri-Agra ByRoad(235kms/4-5hrs)
After breakfast, visit Amber Fort, the former capital of the royal Rajputs. Few fail to be moved by the dramatic Rajput grandeur of this hilltop fortress-palace 11-km north of Jaipur.

Afternoon, drive to Agra & en route visit Fatehpur Sikri (ghost capital) for a tour of these magnificent and world heritage buildings, which are still in a state of perfect preservation. The city is divided into religious and secular sections. The profusion of sculpture is breathtaking. Also, the white marble mosque in the secular section is incredible. It is a very sacred mosque and pilgrims from far and near arrives here to pay their respects.
On arrival at Agra, check-in at the Hotel.
Day 08 - Agra
After breakfast, visit Itmad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb, the monument that is most important in Agra is the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah or "Baby Taj" as it is called sometimes.
Later visit Agra Fort - the seat and the stronghold of the Mughal Empire under successive generations. This was the seat of Mughal rule and administration and the present structure owes its origins to Akbar who erected the wall s and gates and the first buildings on the eastern banks of Yamuna River. Shah Jehan added the impressive quarters and the mosque while Aurangzeb added the outer ramparts. Visit its Hall of Public Audience and its Royal Pavilions.

Evening, witness the magic of the ultimate symbol of Mughal achievement, The Taj Mahal at Sunset. Taj Mahal, a dream etched in milky white pristine marble is the peerless monument portraying the beauty of eternal love!
Day 09 - Agra-Jhansi-Orchha-Khajuraho By Shatabdi Express (0815hrs/1040hrs)
Morning, after breakfast in time transfer to railway station to connect the train for JhansiDepart Agra by Train No. 2001 At 0815 Hrs.
Arrive Jhansi (Shatabdi Express) At 1040 Hrs.
Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer from Jhansi to Khajuraho by road (181 kms.), en-route visiting Orchha.
Later continue drive to Khajuraho & transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 10 - Khajuraho/Varanasi By Air India AI 405 (1505hrs/1555hrs)
Morning, after breakfast, half day tour visiting the western group of temples of which the most important are the Chaunset Yogini temple dedicated to Goddess Kali and the Kandariya Mahadev Temple, 31 meters high, which has a fantastic range of sculptures including sensuous themes. The Chitragupta temple is dedicated to Surya-the sun God. Also visit other important temples like Vshwanath and Nandi Temples, Lakshmana Temple and the Visha Temple, dedicated to Shiva, and the largest and most typical of temples.
Afternoon, transfer to airport to connect the flight for Varanasi.
Depart from Khajuraho at 1505hrs
Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to Hotel.
Afternoon, excursion to Sarnath, the buried Buddhist city where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. Sarnath was a renowned school of learning from the 6th century B.C to 12th century A.D.
Evening, visit ghats to see the Aarti Ceremony.
Day 11 - Varanasi/Delhi
Early morning, boat excursion on the holy river Ganges to see the bathing ghats and cremation site. Watching people bathing and worshipping at the Ghats is one of the most extraordinary experience of a visit to India.

After breakfast at the hotel, half day sightseeing tour of the city visiting the Bharat Mata Temple with a big relief map of India in marble, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Banaras Hindu University which has an Art Gallery and the Mosque of Moghul Emperor Aurangzeb.
Afternoon, transfer to airport to connect the flight for Delhi

Day 12 - Delhi/Kathmandu By Spice Jet SG 41 (0800hrs/1000hrs)
Arrive Kathmandu at 1000hrs & Meeting and assistance at the airport by Grand Travel Planner's representative on arrival and transfer to hotel.
After Refreshment visiting the Durbar Square, Hanuman Dhoka, the ancient residential quarters and temples. Then visit Swayambhunath, Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) a 2500 years old site where, it is believed, the radiant Lotus, according to valley mythology, settled when the water was drained by Manjushri, the Goddess. The 5 Dhyani Buddhas attended by their consorts are enshrined at the base of the stupa.
After breakfast, Half days sightseeing - Changunarayan Temple & Bhaktapur & Later, drive to Nagarkot & Transfer to the hotel.
Nagarkot is one of the best location to view enthralling views of the Mount Everest and several snow-clad peaks of the Himalayan range in east of Nepal. Indrawati river valley is situated to the east of Nagarkot and offers great views of the valley.

Day 14 Nagarkot-Kathmandu By Road (32kms/1-2hrs)
The snow peaks look especially gorgeous during sunset and sunrise.
Enjoy Sunrise from your hotel & after breakfast, drive to Kathmandu & transfer to the airport to board the flight for Delhi.
Arrive Delhi & transfer to International Airport to board your flight for onward journey with sweet memories of India & Nepal Trip.
